Call Center Indeed Post
We are hiring a call center support team of 4 specialists with availability 24/7 365 days a year. Our main requirement is ability to respond to calls, consults, emails, and social inquiries with less than a 10 minute wait time. The responses are scripted and we are a very busy clinic who needs the right staff to make sure consults and patients are properly responded to. The goal is to increase total scheduled appointments, total facetime consults scheduled, and consult forms filled.
Agent will be responsible for managing patient calls to schedule, pre reg and verify patient insurances.
They will handle 50-75 calls, 50-100 consult emails, and 20-100 social inquiries per day.
Not only will they be handling the scheduling and pre reg, they must be able to transfer calls and understand how to handle all inbound calls.
Must learn different terminology and procedures, they would prefer that as it may be difficult and more of a learning curve if someone never worked in that type of an office before.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract, Commission
Salary: $10.00 to $12.00 /hour
