This position is 40 hours per week. Hours of work are: Monday-Friday from 8:30-5:30. One day per week you will work 10:00-7:00. There is also one Saturday per month from 9:00-2:00.
Providing great service by contacting members with negative balances and delinquent loans and finding solutions to gather payments and resolve problems.
Pulling reports and gathering information about members who have delinquent loan accounts or negative checking accounts.
Be courteous to situations and needs of members while explaining concerns and consequences.
We are looking for a detail-oriented person with great phone skills and the ability to discuss ideas and problems in a professional manner. We need a good communicator who can help members understand difficult situations.
Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to handle stress and deadlines well.
Customer service experience is required. Knowledge of bankruptcies and repos is very much preferred.
