We are seeking a talented Call Center Sales Supervisor to join our successful inside sales team in Doraville, GA. The ideal candidate will have a high-level of energy & a strong presence on the sales floor, a go-getter mentality, and a willingness to learn all of the ins and outs to the position.

Some of the core responsibilities include:

  • Supervise the sales floor and manage a team of new agents
  • Provide "second voices" for our sales agents
  • Listen to cancellation calls and provide recommended feedback to sales agents
  • Live call reviews and one-on-one coaching
  • Contact our network of technicians for any routing/scheduling arrangements
  • Being a "closer" by taking over escalated calls
  • Generate various reports as needed
