Neville Companies is seeking a Senior Property Manager (SPM) to run our Boston Area Regional Office (located in Reading.) In addition to handling his/her own portfolio, the SPM will oversee the current management team and explore opportunities to grow the portfolio. The ideal individual will possess strong property management skills; have an entrepreneurial, self-starting nature; be highly motivated and have an appreciation for a fast-paced environment. This position requires a candidate who is able to effectively manage others, has exceptional networking and communication skills, and is a committed team player. The Senior Property Manager must be confident, capable, ethical and decisive.
Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook) is a must. Experience with Yardi Enterprise or similar real estate management software is preferred.
The SPM must be prepared to respond to emergency calls related to the properties. The mandatory on call rotation means responding to emergency calls, including nights and weekends, for a 7-day period approximately every 3 to 4 weeks but may change based on business needs and employment factors.
Travel will be required to our Vermont headquarters regularly. Additional travel will be required to Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and other portfolio locations as necessary.
