Summary: Lending Processors are responsible for processing Consumer and Mortgage Loans. They will coordinate with Title companies, Secondary loan officers, Dealers and MSR's to complete the loan process by clearing conditions and ensuring all documentation is collected and correct so that the loans can be funded. They are directly responsible for funding all Mortgage and Indirect loans. Additionally, they will perform file maintenance on existing loans, and communicate effectively with title companies, appraisers, dealers and MSR's.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Fund Mortgage loans that have closed. Close and Fund all Indirect loans. Clears loan conditions on Mortgage and Consumer loans Prepare modifications, subordination agreements, payoff requests, closing documents for approved loans and re-conveyances Perform loan maintenance on all Mortgage and Consumer loans Effectively communicate with title companies, dealerships, appraisers, mortgage loan officers and MSR's This job description is not an exhaustive list of all job duties. High school diploma or GED required Six months of related experience required; banking experience is a plus
