Insurance Manager Jobs Vacancy in Atlantic Health Morristown Jobs Details:
Manage insurance application and renewal applications and collaborate with broker on insurance placement
Report all claims and potentials to broker in accordance with various captive and commercial insurance policy languages
Arrange coverage for all AHS special events
Oversee site inspections and audits by insurance representatives, brokers, auditors and other outside contractors as directed by Assistant General Counsel
Work with Legal and Real Estate to ensure that all new properties are reported and insured
Work with AAC, AHSIC, various departments to maintain an accurate auto fleet list
Manage required hold harmless agreements with external vendors
Reconcile the AHS Insurance Company, LTD loss runs monthly to ensure correct recordation for accuracy and for reporting to captive manager for financial reporting
Provide loss runs to auditors, actuaries, and others as requested
Review applications and malpractice histories of all physicians being considered for employment-present results to AGC
Coordinate the annual MVR reviews
Manage the litigation hold process
Ensure that certificates of insurance are distributed after renewal and as requested for the various coverages
Process invoices for insurance payments
Minimum bachelors degree required
