Palace Tours is seeking experienced Travel Agents to work at our Miami location. Must have excellent customer service skills with great communication skills and eager to learn about new destinations and tour products; experience in travel reservations and tour operations is a plus.

Job responsibilities include:
Providing EXCELLENT Customer Service to the clients over the phone and email.
Learning about the tour products and destinations offered by Palace Tours.
TRAVEL to the destinations we sell to learn about our product portfolio and add value to the offers.
Sharing the knowledge about tour products with the clients and other colleagues in the offices.
Handling all aspects of work associated with making tour and hotel reservations.
Communicating with back office(s) to get results for client files.
Answering client inquiries via e-mail and telephone on a daily basis.
Providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Requirements: Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have excellent followup skills and positive attitude.
Must be highly computer-savvy and proficient in a Windows environment. Must have excellent written English communication (Verbal and Written) skills.
Verbal and Written SPANISH communication skills REQUIRED
Must be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced office environment, and work efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge Europe or Latin American tourism products is a PLUS.
