Job Summary

A leading Real Estate Title Service provider in Long Beach, CA. has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant position (Bi-Lingual in Spanish).

Responsibilities and Duties

Duties will be but not limited to:

*Answer phones, direct calls, make appointments and take messages.

*Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.

*Compile, copy, scan, sort, and file records of office activities.

*Operate Portals, office machines, photocopiers, scanners, voice mail systems & computers.

*Scan, Assemble and Mail Tax Returns & Financials Statements.

*Working with clients*Set up new customers in system*Maintain customer data base

Qualifications and Skills

-Strong computer and MS Office Excel & Word knowledge

-Extremely accurate & Detailed

-Have great organizational and multi-tasking skills

-Positive Attitude and Hardworking

-Must have excellent writing and communication skills (English & Spanish)

-Superb telephone etiquette (English & Spanish)

-Ability to learn a new database

-Be a team player, willing to help fellow co-workers where necessary

-Punctual and Dependable

-40 Hours a week (must be willing to work overtime if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.00 to $17.00 /hour
