We're seeking a highly experienced, truly awesome Austin-based Senior Recruiter who is excited about changing the recruiting services marketplace. Our transformative, pay-by-the-hour process is client-aligned so whether our clients are hiring 5 or 105 people, we’re their trusted partner and go-to resource to drive full-cycle recruiting. We're seeking someone with technical recruiting experience who can build upon our growing Austin presence.
What You Will Do:
As a Senior Recruiter on our team you will never be bored. The pace is fast, the work is fun, and the diversity of clients, reqs and styles of engagement is a given. You may work onsite with a company as we ramp them up quickly, or you might be collaborating with other CA team members on various roles across the various markets we serve – from Technology to Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and from Denver to Chicago and Austin. Other times, you may be plowing through reqs independently with the option to work in your pj’s and slippers from the comfort of your own home, if you so choose. Our Technical Recruiters are not limited to only working Engineering roles either. We support our Technology clients across the full spectrum of their hiring needs: Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.

You’re a skilled writer, excellent communicator, detail-oriented, thorough, and resourceful, with a strong work ethic. You are a creative sourcer and a savvy computer user, utilizing a multitude of methodologies to attract qualified candidates - from Internet Boolean searching to social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to old-fashioned non-Internet-based head-hunting techniques. You don’t shy away from a challenging niche requisition; in fact, you are someone who says “bring it on” and are determined to not just win but succeed.
