Executive Sales Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Kumar Organic Products Limited Jersey Jobs Details:

Job Summary

  • Developing and driving sales of the specialty ingredients used in cosmaceutical, personal care industries for the products manufactured by KOPL and outsourced by KOPL.
  • Developing business with a range of distributors, Contract Manufacturers and end customer for the territory assigned to you by your immediate Manager. The Focus territories will be USA & NA
  • Meeting new customers, distributors, exploring the requirements of products that can be outsourced or manufactured by Kumar. Following up start to end with Kumar Sourcing arm and ensuring sale to customer
  • Developing and executing strategies of new market Development and Penetration.
  • Generating individual monthly sales projection and exceeding the target.
  • Frequently contacting customers and to plan visit customers at USA as per requirement to generate business revenue.
  • Achieving company monthly/quarterly/Yearly sales target as agreed with Management.
  • Establishing & maintaining customer Relationship across the chemical industries.
  • Continuously updating self and company on new market developments/ market trends on products, pricing and suppliers.
  • Responsible for presenting at trade shows, demonstrate use and benefits of sales lines, create technical brochures and power point presentations.
  • Completing extensive market research and recommending ideas for product development to the R&D department, as well as securing advertising placements in suitable print and online media
  • Managing dispatch of all the orders through generating BOL and coordinating with warehouse for timely dispatch.
  • Generating DSR and updating FIPPON and SPANCO of work every day.
  • Collection of payment on time from all the customers and ensuring positive cash flow.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Preferably 2 to 3 years experience in the field of sales and Marketing of Chemical and Pharma industries.

Candidate to hold science back ground of any degree

Having good IT knowledge in computer
