Seeking an employee who is a great writer, detail-oriented, self-motivated, efficient, organized, reliable, and punctual with an ability to work well with others.
Candidate will be responsible for conducting daily work including opening files, speaking with clients/mangers, scheduling and working with vendors. Candidate will have to prioritize the handling of all duties, both paper and electronic.
A MAJOR responsibility will be drafting letters and other documents.
-Strong in written communication
-Ability to multi-task and handle multiple files
-Strong administrative, communication, and software skills
-Possess a strong attention to detail, and high level of organization
-1 years' experience in an office setting
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not necessary.

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
