As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be recruiting, training and coaching your team to win big by learning, embracing and mastering their craft based on our 25-year proven system. Your key responsibilities will include:
Recruiting, coaching and motivating your team to generate quality appointments in the field
Onboarding new staff through information sessions, classroom and field training, role playing and more
Developing and coaching your team to meet and exceed their performance objectives
Territory planning, budgeting and execution
Uniform, supply and vehicle management
Reporting of results and action plans to address areas of improvement and opportunity

What you need:
High school graduate, or graduated/completed some coursework from state, technical, community or small college/university.
3-5 years of pervious Marketing and/or Sales Management experience
