The Executive Health Program provides comprehensive and convenient personalized health evaluation designed to assess the patient's health status and preventative care needs, identify personal risk factors, and provide individualized counseling and interventions to promote a healthy lifestyle; Our primary population is the corporate executive, upper and middle management, and the prominent community decision makers. This position coordinates all functions within the Executive Health Program assuring compliance with the "one stop shopping" philosophy for customer convenience and service. Manages the exam scheduling process, coordinates the history & physical exam w/the specialty tests/consultations as indicated. Assures all paperwork for the exams are completed, including record number, registration, client correspondence, the clinical record, & the billing record; Greets clients, assists w/the coordination of services, & monitors the client progress; Post exam; gathers clinical reports from the system & all consulting agencies for distribution. Manages the billing & revenue processes. Works in accordance w/contracted billing agencies to provide centralized billing. Responsible for maintenance of database. Assists w/the development of a quality program, policy & procedure manual & communicates & marketing initiatives.
Education and experience 6 mos. experience (600 hours course work or training) in customer service or communications, including researching, analyzing & interpreting information; 3 months experience (300 hours course work) in budgeting. Additional Qualifications: Some positions require 6 mos. experience (600 hours training) in operation of spreadsheet, publication, and/or presentation software and related computer equipment; and/or 3 mos. exp. (300 hrs course work) in supervision management and 3 mos. experience (300 hours course work) in interviewing. Qualified candidates may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen and background check.
