Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

- Receive and direct visitors- Perform word processing, filing and faxing

- Support diverse projects for other employees

- Answer telephone calls and return voicemails

Qualifications and Skills

- Working understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, and Access

- At least 1 year of Assistant experience preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge of calendar managements and scheduling appointments

- Proficiency in numeric data entry

- Comprehensive knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Adeptness in Microsoft Word- MS Outlook experience highly desired

- Email experience preferred

- Meeting coordination and planning experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $47,000.00 to $51,000.00 /year
