The C+E Security Division is looking for a Business Administrator to support the Director of Development.
Daily responsibilities include managing and prioritizing his calendar, arranging his travel plans and submitting his expense reports, tracking CPH operational budget; planning morale events and team offsites; maintaining the team aliases and supporting his team. Team support includes office space planning; headcount support; new hire set up; equipment and office supplies purchasing.
This position requires the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and solve problems effectively. Candidate must have the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Candidate must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion and judgment in discussing information about Microsoft. Candidate must work successfully in a team environment and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.
Qualifications should include a minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced administrative capacity. We are looking for demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage complex schedules; demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail; demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations; ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals; ability to prioritize own work and resources to complete projects on time and to solve routine problems effectively.
Effective written and verbal communications skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required. BA/BS degree preferred.
