Call Center Supervisor Jobs Vacancy in Dabella Exteriors Llc Portland Jobs Details:
The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for the overall success and day-to-day operation of the Call Center through the effective management of their team of supervisors, ensuring the Call Center runs effectively and efficiently at all times.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop objectives for the call center s day-to-day activities
Collect and analyze call-center statistics
Ensure daily/monthly production targets are being met
Effectively manage department by coaching and developing supervisors
Assist with evaluation and training of call center employees
Field calls from MODs, assist with LP changes, EagleViews, Data Entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Prepare monthly performance evaluations of Supervisor team
Work with Call Center Director to implement directives and audit processes and programs
Assist with developing goals and projections in conjunction with Director of Call Center
Ensure staffing /hiring needs are met for call center
At least 3 years of call center supervisor experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and patient, with the desire to develop those reporting to you
Knowledge of performance evaluation and production metrics
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving ability
Solid understanding of reporting and how to translate data into meaningful information, can identify trends to guide team, etc.

Shift Hours: 12:00pm-9pm
Salary: $37,440/ year with opportunity to bonus monthly up to $1500
