Administrative Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Hro Resources Houston Jobs Details:

HRO Resources is a rapidly growing HR Outsourcing and Employee Benefits Company. We are seeking an individual with strong administrative skills to join our team. The right candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and knowledge of the HRO, ASO, or PEO industry is a definite plus. Duties include:

Operating office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and computers.

Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.

Maintain and update filing and HRIS systems, either manually or using a computer.

Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints.

Open, sort, and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.

Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities or business transactions activities.

Compute, record, and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.

Type, format, proofread, and edit correspondence and other documents.

Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.

Deliver messages, run errands and order supplies.
