Responsible for providing customer service and account administration in addition to the sales and distribution of investment and fiduciary services. This position involves profiling customers, identifying customer’s financial needs and managing those relationships and developing new relationships.
Participate in the development of new business from existing or prospective customers by advising clients, both individual and corporate, concerning the design and administration of individual investment and trust accounts.
Responsible for Trust new business development. Measured against annual sales goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with bank personnel to expand understanding of trust services and to stimulate referrals.
Account administration, maintain and manage client portfolios in compliance with prudent Fiduciary Standards and as directed by the client relationship and account document.
Refer prospects to the bank or brokerage area that do not meet the criteria for a Trust client. Measured against annually negotiated referral goals.
Maintain current understanding of regulations as they relate to Fiduciary issues and Trust investments.Necessary Skills and Attributes
- Proven business development success
- 5 years Trust/Legal/Wealth Management Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- In-depth knowledge of fiduciary services
- Strong personal trust and relationship management skills
