Job SummaryThe cash management specialist is responsible for performing various cash and payment processing functions accurately and timely in accordance with established policies and procedures. Job Responsibilities Process requests to obtain information from banking institutionsProcess wire transfers from Jones Lang LaSalle banks, as neededAssist in maintaining the Legal Bank listingAssist in maintaining bank filesCustomer service for internal staff and clientsAssist clients/staff on bank servicesResolve issuesAnswer questionsAny and all other duties and tasks assigned.Performing various other duties as assigned by supervisor and manager Knowledge, Skills and Abilities High School degree Data Entry experienceCollege degree desirable with some accounting coursework, PreferredComputer system skills including Excel Access skills Bank and/or Treasury Management experience Partner with site staff and accountant as necessary to facilitate bank relationships for multiple clients.Work independently to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.Demonstrate willingness and ability to accept responsibility.Demonstrate good oral and written communication skillsExhibit flexibility in completion of job responsibilities as priorities change.Ability to work in a fast paced environmentDetail OrientedTeam PlayerAbility to work overtime when requiredSedentary work.
