Sales Manager Jobs Vacancy in Acceptance Now Alpharetta Jobs Details:

Sales Manager Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus
  • At least 3 years of prior sales or customer service experience required ; retail furniture/appliance/electronic sales experience a plus
  • At least two years of prior supervisory experience or other related experience preferred
  • Must be able to work a full time retail schedule, up to 44 hours per week , with 2 days off per week which requires flexible availability to include days, evenings, weekends and most holidays
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Friendly with exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task
  • Computer literacy/proficiency in a windows operation system

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

People Leadership:

  • Provide front-line management to store coworkers including recruiting, hiring, training, and development
  • Set specific goals for store performance, customer satisfaction and coworker development
  • Create weekly store coworker schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Organize and follow-up on all store coworker daily activities
  • Communicate performance goals and objectives to store coworkers
  • Conduct performance reviews and discussions with store coworkers as needed

Financial Performance:

  • Monitor and report weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and financial information
  • Manage store performance by analyzing store P&L and key indicators and executing against opportunities
  • Collaborate with host store coworkers and management to maintain continual flow of referred customers, conversions and ultimately sales
  • Educate customers on the lease purchase agreement, additional benefits, payment options, delivery process and on-going customer service options
  • Review and validate customer lease agreement information, obtain customer signatures, and close sales
  • Develop, manage and execute plans to increase sales and conversion percentage, including prospecting for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials
  • Utilize all company provided systems and reports to track leads, orders and new accounts
  • Ensure execution of customer service programs and benefits options
  • Review all sales completed by store coworkers to ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Customer Service:

  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with host store associates and management, including daily and weekly communication
  • Educate host store coworkers on the rental process and any updates to the process as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Ensure customer concerns are addressed and routed to appropriate parties

Operational Excellence:

  • Drive execution of operating procedures and company programs/policies in all aspects of store operations
  • Complete paperwork to ensure customer receives merchandise and host store receives payment
  • Maintain customer files, including contact information, sales activities, and inquiries daily
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace
  • Execute beginning and end of day activities and reporting procedures
  • Review and file weekly and monthly reports
  • Make bank deposits as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 to $18.50 /hour

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

  • Sales Management: 1 year

  • Prior Supervisory: 2 years
