Regional Support Coordinator Jobs Vacancy in Arvest Bank Lowell Jobs Details:

SUMMARY: The associate provides supervision, support and training for regional Network Support Technicians. Also, this associate manages communication and productivity of regional field support issues. The associate will attend approved training to ensure quality of support provided.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Supervise, direct and evaluate Network Support Technicians in assigned region to achieve goals and objectives.

Assist in the selection and development of field technicians and provide direction that will maintain high levels of morale and motivation.

Train Network Support Technicians in those systems that have been installed and certified for operation.

Maintain open communication with bank coordinators, operations and property management in assigned region regarding the installation and maintenance of computer workstation, printers, telecommunication and network equipment.

Resolve escalated service calls both from the Help Desk, and in the field.

Maintain, monitor and identify areas of needed improvement in quality of service to our customers.

Direct and monitor to ensure that all work orders and resolutions are properly documented in departmental reporting/tracking software by Network Support Technicians.

Provide field support, communication and assist in coordination for branch remodels and new branch setups regarding computer workstations, network and telecommunications equipment.

Maintain and monitor the upkeep and cleanliness of branch network communication rooms.

Develop and maintain a high level of trust with our bank associates through regular branch visits and follow up communication regarding services and needed improvements.

Stay informed about new troubleshooting methods and emerging technologies.

Complete projects that are assigned by Technical Services Manager.

Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises two or more fulltime equivalents within assigned region. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Ensure direct reports have completed required compliance training and are adhering to all internal procedures and controls as it relates to bank policy, laws, regulations and Arvest?s BSA/AML Program. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, appraising performance, rewarding, and disciplining associates. The incumbent has the authority and the appropriate influence to make recommendations regarding hiring, firing, advancement, promotion, or any other change of status of other associates within the guidelines of the bank?s procedures and guidelines for such change of status events. The incumbent provides training, planning, assigning, and directing work assignments and schedules; addressing complaints and resolving problems. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Advanced experience and/or ability in PC hardware/software repair and troubleshooting, phone system troubleshooting & repair, and network operating systems is needed to perform the duties of this job.
Experience and excellence as a support technician is required.
Bank operations experience a plus.
Two (2) years prior management experience preferred.

While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, use fingers and hands for tasks requiring high degree of manual dexterity, reach with hands and arms, use a telephone and use a computer. The associate must be able to drive a motor vehicle (for travel to banks for onsite work). The associate is occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
Occasionally the associate may lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color, and the ability to adjust focus.
