Under general supervision, performs a variety of clerical and secretarial duties. This may include, but will not be limited to, diary management; scheduling meetings; booking meeting rooms; compiling data for reports; filing; answering telephone calls; maintenance and ordering of office supplies. S/he should be able to compose correspondence, correct grammar, punctuation and spelling. The role may also require the regular use of business or technical vocabulary coupled with sound knowledge of organizational operations, procedures and staff.
QualificationsTypically requires a high school education and a solid foundation of experience in a clerical administration, team secretarial, management support or admin assistant roles. 2 - 5 years experience required. Must be familiar with and be able to use personal computers, Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office Suite products. Makes independent decisions within established guidelines.
