Administrative Assistant Temp Perm Jobs Vacancy in Royal Maids Llc Little River Jobs Details:

We are a small but extremely busy residential cleaning service seeking a confident, energetic, enthusiastic and competent Administrative Assistant.

- Minimum 3 years current administrative experience

- Punctuality is essential (clock watcher does not need to apply)

- Experience of customer service and scheduling a distinct advantage

- Possess excellent computer skills including good working knowledge of Outlook, MS Office software and the Internet

- Knowledge of "Constant Contact" and email marketing a distinct advantage

- Operate and basic maintenance of office equipment including printers, postal meter, fax machine and a calculator

- Preferably a trained touch-typist you will be able to type at least 50 wpm with accuracy

- Be proactive and able to prioritize your tasks sometimes without supervision

- Possess excellent organizational skills, be detail-orientated and have the ability to multi-task in an office environment

- Be professional and have courteous telephone manner (must answer with a smile)

- Legible handwriting (you will be required to provide a sample)

- Possess common sense and a good geographical knowledge of the local area

- Thrive under pressure

- Flexibility to work longer hours if and when required- Live within 5-10 miles of the office

Hours: Monday through Fridays 8.30 am to 4.45 pm with half hour lunch. c$10-14 per hour/DOE (flexible depending upon the person/experience)

Royal Maids LLC operates a non-smoking office .
