Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Program Director/Administrator, the Program Assistant shall be an active member of the interdisciplinary team. The Program Assistant is responsible for complete and accurate admission paperwork, census and billing. The Program Assistant performs administrative tasks as needed and assists the Program Director/Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the program.
Clerical Support shall provide general clerical/secretarial services for the company in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. The employee shall assist with supply and equipment orders. In absence of a regular receptionist, the employee shall answer and direct all telephone calls for the facility in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, as well as to greet visitors to the facility with courtesy and respect.
- High school education or GED
- Training and/or experience with Word program and general reception/secretarial skills preferred.
- Must maintain current CPR and EDGE certifications in accordance with company policy.
