Cnb Bank Customer Service Center Associate Jobs Vacancy in Cnb Bank Clearfield Jobs Details:

The Customer Service Center Associate offers superior customer experience to customers and co-workers though phone calls, chat, email and in person. Excellent communication skills are required.

Customer Service Center operates from 7A-6P M-F, and 9A-3P on Saturday - rotating schedule.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Inbound calls require answering customer questions, resolving customer problems, and performing routine customer requests such as handling fund transfers, issuing stop payments, verifying balances, etc.

CSC is called upon to make outbound calls for various reasons such as notifying customers of an error or change to their account, excessive transactions, etc.

Achieve the Customer Service standards, call/chat response goals.

Uphold established phone etiquette.

Explain and promote bank deposit products and services to customers.

Log and manage customer complaints.

Make follow up calls to customers to ensure a WOW customer experience has been provided.

Respond to emails from customers.

Correspond with customers on Live Chat system accessed by customers on the Bank’s web site.

eBanking support: Reset passwords and user ID’s, help with bill payment questions & general navigation within eBanking.

Check card support: File disputes, unlock cards, activate cards, add travel notes, order new cards, and answer general questions.

Credit card support: Provide balance information on accounts, add travel notes, research payments, and answer general questions.

Support the Service Call system by adding agreements, resetting PIN codes, and answering general questions.

Assist other areas of the bank and branches with support
