AREA OF CONSIDERATION:
This position is in the Exceptive Service "under the authority of Title V, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)".
The FIRST area of consideration for this position will be all On-Board T5 & T32 Permanent and Excepted Indefinite Federal Employees/Technicians within the ILNG.
The SECOND area of consideration will be all On-Board T32 Excepted Technicians within the ILNG.
The THIRD area of consideration will be current Army M-Day & Air DSG within ILNG membership.
The FOURTH area of consideration will be all current Federal Employees (from any agency).
The FIFTH area of consideration will be all Federal re-employable eligibles.
The SIXTH area of consideration will be Applicants willing to become T32 DS Technicians and gain ILNG membership.
The SEVENTH area of consideration will be U.S. Citizens.
Tenure 1, 2 and 3 federal employees/technicians (T32 and T5) within the agency. Tenure can be located in block 24 on your latest SF 50.
SUPPORT SERVICES SUPERVISOR, GS-0342-10,
Plan, program, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization.
Provide overall technical and administrative direction to administrative support activities to include, but not limited to, mail management/distribution, records management, reprographics, privacy and freedom of information acts, printing services management, publications management and supply, micro graphics, administrative budget, military correspondence, forms management, and field printing.
Coordinate all administrative functions within the operating components of the state to provide the most effective support.
Assess effectiveness of programs, recommend adjustments in organization structure or policies and procedures as required to accommodate existing or changing circumstances.
Plan and assign work to be accomplished within the organization. Set priorities and prepare schedules for completion of work based on priorities and difficulty.
Conduct employment interviews, recommend employees for appointment, promotion, or reassignment. Establish performance standards and monitor and evaluate employee performance.
Responsible for various aspects of the printing, duplicating, and copier programs within the organization.
Analyze equipment capabilities and make recommendations based on the information obtained.

Have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR, LL.M, if related. : I have the specialized experience as described in A, but less than one year; and I have more than 1 year, but less than 2 years of education leading to a Masters or equivalent graduate degree as described in B. I have computed the percentage of the requirements that I meet, and the total is at least 100% (To compute the percentage, divide you total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate/undergraduate. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify.
