Job Summary

This position is for a personal assistant to the president of an established and licensed cannabis company with a presence in both the retail and wholesale aspects of the industry. In the next two years, we will be expanding into the distribution and manufacturing of cannabis. The cannabis industry is in a full sprint at this time to comply with regulations and maintain customer service standards. Cannabis professionals are working around the clock to propel our industry forward. Slow paced stoners need not apply. In this position you will work hard and fast or the role will be given to someone else. The cannabis industry is a developing industry which means constant diligence and focus on efficiency is required in order to succeed. This is not an established industry where you will sit around waiting for your boss to pass down the next task. You must be self-motivated, efficient, hard working and highly organized.

Responsibilities and Duties

The following responsibilities are examples of the type of work this position will entail.

  • Google Suite Management & Maintenance: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail, etc.
  • Scheduling: Helping manage staff schedule and communicating with staff on schedule adjustments
  • Bill Paying: Highly organized bill paying experience is a must
  • Cleaning: Dishes, laundry and organizing our personal home
  • Errand Running: You will use our personal vehicle to run errands and execute tasks

The following qualifications and skills are expected for this position.

  • Google suite proficiency
  • Photoshop proficiency
  • Wordpress website proficiency (preferred, not required)

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
