Job responsibilities include filing, copying, scanning and retrieving. Additional duties may include indexing; handling incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with phones. Qualifications include proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ability to accurately alphabetize, prioritize assigned tasks. Must have valid CA driver license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation. Must be able to bend and lift up to 25 lbs. Worker's Compensation experience required (Applicant or Defense).
