Global Services seeks an early career Customer Support Specialist to provide Material Services customer support. The organization runs 24/7 365 days a year and will require schedule flexibility for assignment to work any shift. Focus of position is to assist the Material Services customer support organization in responding to customer inquiries and providing information regarding Boeing products, services, processes and operations. Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with customer to determine specific needs and recommend options and develops, prepares and delivers presentations.
o Enter, track, monitor and coordinates customer and delivery requirements. Processes material returned from customers. Responds to customer inquiries and coordinates delivery problem resolution.
o Advise customer regarding status, changes or improvements of orders and follows up with customers on issues related to their accounts.
o Assist in maintaining internal/external supplier/customer interface with regular communication. May assist in supplier/customer presentations and program reviews and feedback.
o Answer customer phone calls and respond to customer request via electronic and other media, using multiple Boeing computer systems in a fast paced high stress environment.
o Respond to customer and facilitates delivery problem resolution.
o Assist in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance.
o Analyze customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitate responses and resolve delivery problems.
o Create, maintain and advance customer relationships and develops an understanding of customer culture and business strategies.
o Analyze supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of spare parts and provisioning products or related services.
o Respond to high profile customer issues, researches situation and advises on resolution.
o Lead analysis and review customer maintenance operations, provisioning spare parts requirements, competitors’ products and services.

Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Requires the ability to cover any shift of a 24/7 365 day operation.
Experience with face to face customer interaction is extremely important as well as excellent phone etiquette.
Prefer Bi/multi-lingual capability
Prefer knowledge of aerospace industry and logistics support plans.
