Receptionist Customer Services Specialist Jobs Vacancy in State Minnesota Roseville Jobs Details:
The receptionist will enjoy working with people and providing outstanding customer service as the face of the Minnesota Lottery at the Roseville headquarters. They will greet visitors, handle incoming calls and in-person inquiries. This includes providing accurate information regarding the Lottery to the general public, clients and customers. The receptionist will also provide clerical support, handle petty cash, assist on marketing and office services projects, and keep agency contact information up-to-date.
- Customer service skills both on the phone or in person sufficient to provide prompt, courteous and accurate information to customers in person, on the phone, and through e ‐ mail and other written correspondence
- English communication skills in speaking and writing
- Word Processing skills sufficient to use software to create, format, edit, print, and save a variety of documents, including spreadsheets, tables, charts, and graphs
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse populations
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a team member as well as individually
- Knowledge of and ability to use computers and software in a Windows environment; proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
