Ditch the Profile is a dating event company and we are currently seeking highly motivated and creative individuals to work as Event Coordinators for our company.
Basically, you would be responsible for planning, setting up, coordinating and hosting singles/dating events in the Philadelphia area. The types of events can include but are not limited to: speed dating, dances, outdoor activities etc… The ideal candidate should have a background in event coordinating, preferably experience organizing singles events, and MUST definitely be comfortable around people. A marketing background is an additional plus!
Compensation is based on half the revenue of ticket sales for the events you host. For example, we typically charge a base rate of $20 minimum per ticket so if 30 people attended your event, you would receive half the revenue of sales for that event or $300.
This would be an independent contractor position suitable for college students, part time workers, stay-at-home moms, or just anyone looking for an easy way to subsidize their income on their own time.
You set your own hours and work on your own time. We only ask that you successfully coordinate and host at least two events per month in order to maintain this position. If interested, please send your most recent resume and cover letter. If we like what we see, you’ll hear back from us!
