We are currently interviewing candidates for an Executive Administrator position. This is an entry level role working with our leadership team.
This position is based in our Raleigh office headquarters. The core duties of this role are to provide administrative support to the executive members of our team. This will include project-based tasks, data entry, market research, calendar management, various correspondence, document filing, travel logistics, and general management of phone inquiries. This role will contribute to our client services efforts with client appreciation and recognition. General office admin duties will also be assigned to this role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Event Management is preferred. Previous work experience is a plus. Candidates need to be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high-pressure environment. Must effectively communicate in a professional manner. Proficiency in Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat Pro is a must. Experience using project management systems is preferred. Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Salesforce and Pardot is valuable. An understanding of production environments or events is a benefit in this role.
