Who you are :
You will be involved in L3 Level Activities on Sanovi disaster recovery Solution.
What you’ll do : Should understand customer deployments and map them to a Sanovi disaster recovery solution, provide product implementation and support, and support onsite disaster recovery drills as needed. Conduct field customizations of Sanovi disaster recovery management products to meet customer requirements. Responsible for interfacing with the customer and partners on implementation projects to ensure site readiness before implementation. Interface with customers as well as our partners on implementation projects to ensure site readiness before implementation. Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and guarantee process compliance. Work closely with Level 1 or Level 2 support teams and customers to understand issues, perform detailed debugging, and suggest work around to get the customer up and running. Work with internal or external teams on a need basis to schedule meetings and activities and to resolve issues faced. Investigate failures, work with the engineering team to come up with bug fixes, and test and release the fixes or patches to customers. Fulfill implementations or consulting requirements. Interpret Technical Recovery Plans from global business services into workflows. During migration period, build and manage Sanovi workflow's based on Technical Recovery Plans . Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8-14yrs of experience in technical background.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux based operating systems
Knowledge of VMWare and Site Recovery Manager
Knowledge of modern Storage Management sub-system arrays specifically Spectrum Accelerate and IPHyperstor.
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Database skills - connectivity between database and applications
Scripting skills - Java, PowerShell, and Linux shell scripting
Proven understanding of IT Disaster Recovery principles
Ability to read a Technical Recovery Plan and convert into the technical steps required to execute.
