Pay Grade 15 (MIN-MID) $38,770.08 - $51,361.20 yearly at 37.5 hour work week OR $41,354.64 - $54,785.28 yearly at 40 hour work week
Characteristics of the Job :
Provides direct supervision over all employees within a section; and performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirement - Education :
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
Minimum Requirement - Experience :
Must have four years of professional administrative experience.
Substitute Education for Experience :
A master's degree in public or business administration or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Substitute Experience for Education :
Additional administrative or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Description of Job Duties
Oversees the process and procedures associated with the Records Verification Section for the Division of Driver Licensing. Required to work across states lines with other states agencies, and inter-state agencies. Works with circuit
clerks and the courts to ensure the proper processing of driving records. Oversees the work of employees, evaluation process, disciplinary process, along with daily time and attendance. Works with the public to explain, correct and record all aspects of driving records. All other duties as assigned.

Upon appointment, employees in this class may be required to maintain a valid driver's license and required to drive a licensed vehicle.
