We are expanding our sales team throughout the country and recently opened a territory in Massachusetts. We are looking for a couple qualified sales professionals to help grow our business.

More importantly for a Sales Representative, the fundraiser becomes an ongoing stream of leads to work and nurture.
Qualified candidates should possess the following skill set and qualifications:
- Energetic, reliable, and self-motivated with desire to excel in everything he or she does
- Excellent work ethic and a high level of integrity
- Willing and able to learn new skills from others
- Experience and/or willingness to cold call, prospect and meet with clients in person a must
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Technologically inclined: must be able to use CRM software to send quotes, manage client communication, and can effectively communicate through email and over the phone
Basic Job Description:
Sales representatives are responsible for meeting with business owners, office managers and other executives to present the various solutions offered by OfficeMart.com and its Strategic Partners. These meetings primarily take place in-person at their offices; Representatives present a corporate overview that demonstrates the cost savings and efficiency of using one vendor to provide all their office solutions needs. Representatives receive invoices from current vendors and present a competitive quote analysis, which typically saves them between 5% to 25% or even more on products and services they are already using. The representative then secures the client as a customer and works with them to add more solutions over time. Our representatives are expected to have 15-20 appointments per week and maintain a solid closing ratio after completing the competitive quote analysis. OfficeMart.com has 70 warehouses strategically located to service clients anywhere.
OfficeMart.com Representative Compensation:
OfficeMart.com Representatives earn 50% commission on the gross profit of their sales for the first 15 months per each new customer. For example, if a client orders $1000 a month of office supplies with a 30% margin ($300), the sales rep would receive $150 in commission for the client each month. After 15 months, the representative will receive 25% of gross profit margin. A representative that averages 20 appointments per week with a 40% closing ratio on quoted sales should earn between $60K and $100K+. Uncapped earning potential. In addition, representatives receive residual commissions for as long as their client orders from OfficeMart.com. Lastly, there are incentives for referral sales to channel partners, and a bonus program for top producers.
