This position will be responsible in providing Human Resources services. This individual manages the administration of Corporate policies, procedures and programs, and monitors functions within employee benefits, personnel policies and regulatory compliance. This position will also provide administrative support as needed (e.g. correspondence generation, record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry) and will perform other duties as assigned.
Related training/education/service in business, human resources or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience
Ability to maintain confidentiality, remain open to others ideas and exhibit willingness to try new things
Ability to manage priorities and workflow, use time efficiently and operate under immense pressure
Strong knowledge and understanding of insurance regulations, plan designs and third party record keeping/administration required
Must have computer skills and the ability to learn HRIS system (ADP)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Superior verbal/written skills
Good punctuation, spelling, grammar and attention to detail a must
Strong interpersonal skills essential
Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA and related state and federal regulations required
