Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated receptionist with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a multi-line phone system in a busy environment. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, patient, energetic, open-minded, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities and Duties

This position will involved being able to handle several tasks simultaneously including, but not limited to:

  • Answer and route phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Perform front desk duties
  • Maintain cleaniness and order of the front desk, conference room and waiting area
  • Use of a database to look up information and enter detailed notes
  • Use of Microsoft Office

Qualifications and Skills

  • Attendance and punctuality are extremely important - Receptionist hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm daily
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Computer and technology savvy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
