Pay Grade 15 (MIN-MID) $38,770.08 - $51,361.20 yearly at 37.5 hour work week OR $41,354.64 - $54,785.28 yearly at 40 hour work week
Characteristics of the Job :
Plans, develops, recommends and administers a major program area for the Department of Corrections or the Department of Juvenile Justice; and performs other duties as required.
Minimum Requirement - Education :
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
Minimum Requirement - Experience :
Must have four years of professional experience in corrections, juvenile justice, criminal justice, law enforcement, recreation, academic or vocational education, health services or education, dietary or food management, construction project management, social work dealing with the rehabilitation of the offender or related field.
Substitute Education for Experience :
A master's degree will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Substitute Experience for Education :
Additional experience in corrections, juvenile justice, criminal justice, law enforcement, recreation, academic or vocational education, health services or education, dietary or food management, construction project management, social work dealing with the rehabilitation of the offender or related field will substitute for the education on a year for year basis.

Description of Job Duties
Plans, develops, recommends and administers a major program area for the Department of Corrections within the Division of Reentry; and performs other duties as required.
