Elite Traveler is currently seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to manage the company’s proprietary databases and ensure fulfillment of campaign deliverables while working directly with clients and sales representatives. The CRM Marketing Coordinator must be an extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize a large volume of work. Must also be a “hands-on” type who can collaborate with our sales team to build inspiring online and offline ideas and effective marketing programs that are suited for our luxury clients with the ability to take initiative, follow-up, and see projects through to completion.
Maintain and organize company’s proprietary database
Generate market research database as needed
Coordinate direct mailing with third-party mailing house and client
SaleForce management and assisting sales reps with account files
Monitor and safeguard Insertion Orders (IO) to account for all sales status and bookings
Ensure all advertiser’s positions noted on IOs are relayed to all necessary parties
Access master booking list to compile rate history as needed
Compile and maintain comp list from sales team for mailings
Liaise the US invoicing with London and troubleshoot any errors for proper billing
Assist in sending voucher copies for billing
Manage campaign schedules to ensure programs are executed in a timely manner
Communicate with sales representatives and clients on deliverables while maintaining organization to our booking system
Schedule and maintain the calendar to coordinate ad banners inclusion in weekly e-newsletters and website
Monitor all programs to ensure they are fulfilled and follow up with any outstanding programs
Coordinate Dedicated Emails (including design and/or corrections to supplied materials) with client and web team and test to troubleshoot layout issues
Coordinate Web Feature uploads with web team
Traffic all-digital campaign assets
Upload web features to social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest
Promote campaigns and PR initiatives on Facebook, Twitter ,Pinterest and LinkedIn
Compile content for weekly e-newsletter features and test – Using SalesForce/Pardot
Maintain and archive campaign tracking for client recaps
Create campaign recaps measured against industry benchmarks
Liaise with our global web team on managing digital inventory
Prepare and organize client meeting materials
Send promotional mail-outs
Xerox machine troubleshooting
Mail meter updating and troubleshooting
Minimum of a BS or BA, or equivalent experience
Collaborative: Must be a team player - No task is too small
Strong written and oral communication skill
Extremely organized and resourceful: You take pride in the attention to details that you manage and how they contribute to the greater whole. You chase information and make connections until you’re confident the project is completed properly.
Vast attention to detail, analytical, problem solver and must be able to work on multiple assignments at the same time
Must demonstrate a proven ability to work independently; capable of managing time and able to prioritize responsibilities
Multi-tasker: Manage multiple deadlines and projects with the grace and precision – whether it’s completing an administrative task or supporting multi-media pre-and post-sale deliverables
Must have fluency in the full Microsoft Office software suite
Must have fluency in Google Drive
Must have fluency in SalesForce
Experience with Pardot is a PLUS
Design skills and knowledge of Creative Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop…) is a PLUS.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Comfort taking initiative and improving upon current departmental processes. We encourage creative input and your contributing ideas to a project
Must be able to lift a box of magazines (Approximately 25-30lbs)
