RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Project Planning, Execution and Monitoring
o Assist workstream lead in developing detailed project schedules; track and manage project tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
o Ensure project documentation and other deliverables are produced in a timely and efficient manner. Manage document control and approval workflow.
o Tracks Issues, resolving where feasible or escalating to appropriate team members.
o Participate in Risk Management and mitigation activities
o Support Program Manager in preparing Stage Gate Reviews and Deliverables.
- Meeting Facilitation and Support
o Create meeting agendas and minutes; follows up with team members on action items
o Produce project status documentation and high level timelines
o Manage project communications and updates
o Plan ad hoc meetings as needed
- Project Closure
o Conduct and document lessons learned to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
- Team Engagement and Communications
o Support routine project management meetings
o Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to progress execution
- Education & Training
o Good communication skills including written, oral and presentation (including Microsoft PowerPoint
o Good organizational skills including tool utilization (i.e., spreadsheets, project management tools) information capture, attention to detail, and prioritization
o Strong interpersonal skills including empathy and the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources
o Makes good decisions in ambiguous situations, soliciting assistance as needed to follow all policies, procedures, standards, methodologies, and established governance
o Flexible to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines; able to promptly and efficiently react to project adjustments and alterations
- Knowledge & Experience
o Knowledge of project management life-cycle, processes, and tools
o Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or bio-tech domains preferred
