Inventory Clerk Jobs Vacancy in Big Cedar Lodge Ridgedale Jobs Details:

Summary: To purchase general maintenance supplies and materials for the resort
to adequate supplies while maintaining Big Cedar Lodge quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish minimum and maximum inventory levels, re-order points and
turn-around times on items kept in stock.

Maintain a good working relationship with Big Cedar Lodge vendors and
Accounts Payable department.

Obtain proper authorization on all orders and requisitions.

Receive, verify quantities and store all goods purchased.

Inventory Control.

Alert supervisor immediately of any problems regarding vendors, guests or
associates.

Will perform other duties as required.

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able
to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are

Education and/or Experience: Prefer bachelor's degree (B.A) from
four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety
rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability
to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively
before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as
discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference,
and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with
problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should
have knowledge of 10 key Accounting software; Maximo Database software;
Inventory software; Order processing systems and MS Word, Word Perfect Word
Processing software.

Telephone Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and attention to
detail required.

Other Skills and Abilities: The ability to work well with a team, to
prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of
