Provide quality administrative and financial services to the profit center/project.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the timely and accurate data entry process for all subcontracts, subcontractor applications, change orders, general conditions and expense reports.
Proof all batches to ensure accuracy and distribute to the accountant for final review and authorization/approval to post.
Assist accountant in preparation of Turner application for payment.
Assist accountant in the preparation/maintenance of all financial reports associated with the project.
Qualifiations: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Proven written and verbal communication abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Understand basic accounting principles i.e. journal entries, general ledger, etc. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, good work ethic and interpersonal skills.
