Administrative Assistant Pac Production Jobs Vacancy in Lockheed Martin Corporation Grand Prairie Jobs Details:

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a position in Grand Prairie, Texas to provide direct support for the PAC-3 Production Program Management Staff. Duties include:

Perform secretarial and administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner that will allow PAC-3 Production Program personnel to devote their energies to significant Program related issues

Assist and back-up PAC-3 Production Director’s Administrative Assistant as necessary to support activities of the entire PAC-3 Production directorate.

Answer phones, make travel arrangements, complete expense reports, and coordinate calendars

Order and maintain sufficient office supplies

Interface with various program personnel in Dallas and other Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) locations

Schedule conference rooms and meetings

Keep personnel apprised of important due dates, assuring reports and other requested data is submitted in a timely manner

Assist Program Managers (PMs) in meetings as needed to record action items and run PowerPoint

Maintain Excel calendar report for Director's office containing the PM’s scheduled days off such as vacation days, sick days and business travel

Maintain a conference room calendar

Keep various SharePoint sites updated

Compose and prepare formal, technical, interdepartmental correspondence, reports and other memoranda

Prepare charts for presentations, using PowerPoint and Excel
Desired Skills: SharePoint experience

Lockheed Martin (LM) Expense Report Process experience

Corporate Card reconciliation tool experience

LM Travel System experience

LM Procure to Pay (P2P) Access experience

Request Management System (RMS) experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance

Must have basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Strong verbal and written communication skills
