JOB TITLE: LOGISTICS COORDINATOR HOURS: Various
REPORTS TO: LOGISTICS MANAGER DATE REVISED: 8/16
JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for bringing in raw materials and supplies to Frac locations. Also responsible for the movement of goods in a supply chain. Ability to successfully perform all logistical functions of the frac division .
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must be a motivated, team player with demonstrated attention to details.
Maintain a sense of urgency in processing materials.
Ensure materials are processed efficiently to the final destination.
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills.
Ability to comprehend critical documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Back in trucks on location.
Hook up and unhook hoses from trucks to sand hogs.
Release sand trucks to leave location.
Maintain logistics spreadsheet in Excel.
Maintain good relationships with all customers and vendors.
Follow all health and safety procedures.
Ensure that all equipment is kept clean, neat and presentable at all times.
Remain current with all applicable domestic shipping rules and regulations.
Coordinates shipments with other departments and needed.
Communicates with required teams to ensure all goals and timeframes are met.
Perform all other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Intermediate computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
Domestic shipping and logistics experience preferred.
Knowledge of oilfield industry, products and services .
US WORK AUTHORIZATIONS
Must be qualified to work in the United States
