Job Description – Sales/Marketing Coordinator
Division / Department: Channel Sales
Reports to (position): Sales Manager
Level / Grade: Individual Contributor
Employment Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Work Conditions: Office Environment
Travel: Up to 10%
Minimum Educational Req: HS Diploma / GED. 2 year associate degree in a related field is preferred.
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar or related position
The Sales/Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating efforts within and supporting all sales activity within the sales department to ensure that sales personnel have necessary data, marketing collateral and sales support for success. The Sales Coordinator will follow routine processes and handle detailed information to support sales personnel and customers.
Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties (Proposals, contracts, data entry, reporting, system management, providing product information and training, qualifying leads and scheduling appointments, etc.) to assist with the daily operation of the sales team.
Provide customer service to the sales team and their customers on existing products and services.
Assist with list development and lead nurturing as well as the implementation of marketing plans for partners to ensure all is in compliance with our overall strategy.
Support the logistics (booth preparation, scheduling, shipping materials and collateral, etc.) and coordination of event planning and conferences that The CE Shop participates in.
Assist in the development and coordination of collateral materials, optimizing campaigns, and supporting sales procedures and sales onboarding of new business.
Data entry experience.
Extremely detail oriented and well-organized.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team setting.
Project management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the sales field.

Technical Skills Required:
Above average proficiency with MS Office Suite of products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
Google platform (GoogleDocs, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Hangout)
Familiar with Adobe solutions suites
Skills necessary to operate standard office equipment
