Small, privately owned law firm with one attorney and one paralegal are looking to add a Legal Secretary to the office. We offer a casual work environment where jeans are worn daily,we are paid weekly, and we offer flexibility with scheduling.
Resume required and experience preferred but we are willing to train the right individual.
Skills required: Punctuality and ability to manage time, proper telephone etiquette, customer service with an emphasis on always accommodating our clients, strong grammar/ spelling/ punctuation skills both verbally and in written text, copying large files, scanning, and sending out mail.
Personal Injury/ Bankruptcy a BONUS!
Basic skills in troubleshooting the copier and other office equipment are also essential and the ability to problem solve and be resourceful are a must.
Position will start off part time with the possibility to go full time after a brief trial period. Salary depends on experience and is negotiable for the right individual joining our team! Please note that preference will be given to those with an interest in the legal field or currently pursuing a degree in a legal field.
