We are looking for a detail oriented, team player with superior customer service and problem solving skills for a full-time position in the Raleigh office. Primary job duties are to:
- Coordinate with the property management team to respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and thorough manner.
- Code and process all invoices while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide office management support such as answering phones, managing service contracts, filing, ordering office supplies, mail, etc.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting, property management, and leasing departments.
- Work with vendors (exterminators, janitorial, etc.) under the guidance of the property management department.
SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
Commercial property management, and real estate experience is a plus. Aptitude for multi-tasking and professional customer service skills. YARDI Property Management Software knowledge is a plus. Strong management, organizational and communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel a plus.
