Office Associate Opt Jobs Vacancy in State Illinois Jobs Details:
Under direction of area Director, performs a variety of confidential duties. Handles multiple tasks at any given time. Types correspondence and reports as needed. Assists in gathering reports and materials of a highly sensitive nature; prepares and maintains data and records, types memorandums and letters; proofreads and edits documents for clarity of content, punctuation, grammar and spelling. May be assigned other duties that are within the scope of the duties of this position and as needed by the Administrator and facility.
Requires ability to accurately type 45 wpm and be competent in computers and various software programs. Requires knowledge, skill, mental development equivalent to completion of high school and 2 years of progressively responsible clerical experience. Requires knowledge and understanding of facility policies and procedures; extensive knowledge of Microsoft office, proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation; and ability to operate office equipment and perform routine maintenance.
