Real Estate Construction Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper Jobs Vacancy in Bulldog Renovations Springboro Jobs Details:

A rapidly growing Construction Company is seeking an administrative assistant/bookkeeper position that will provide administrative and bookkeeping support to project managers in a busy home renovation company. This role will include answering phone, filing, scheduling, bookkeeping and other administrative duties. We are willing to train the right person but the ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing on boarding and contract packages
  • Collect contractor pay requests
  • Enter and verify bills, invoices and purchase orders
  • Process payments, deposits and phone orders and post into the system
  • Collect, organize, and verify lien waivers
  • Request certificates of insurance
  • Keep all company systems current for all active projects
  • Maintain organized recordsin all company systems
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Proficiency using Google Drive/Sheets and Dropbox
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be able to interact positively and cooperatively with individuals at all levels over the phone

Job Type: Full-time 8:30am - 5pm

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
