Client Services Executive Assistant Jobs Vacancy in Goose Creek Consulting Centreville Jobs Details:

Duties to Include:

Client Services -

  • Responding to information requests and other client out-reach
  • Scheduling client appointments
  • Client billing and collections
  • Creating/Maintaining/Updating Client files

Reception -

  • Answering office phone
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Presentation editing (MS Word and PowerPoint)
  • Office supply purchasing
  • Miscellaneous errand running

Executive Assistant -

  • Acting as main Point of Contact for owner
  • Managing owner’s calendar, including client appointments, consultant appointments, and meetings
  • Assisting with time management and schedule preparation
  • Transcribing session/meeting recordings

Other duties as assigned, or as talents allow.

Candidates must be able to communicate in a clear and concise fashion both in writing and on the telephone.

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years related work experience
  • Experience answering telephones, taking messages and transferring calls
  • Experience handling incoming and outgoing communications
  • Experience preparing memos, invoices and reports
  • Experience maintaining electronic and paper databases and filing systems

Bonus Experience:

  • Psychology collegiate coursework
  • Quickbooks
  • Business development or relationship management
  • Coaching, therapy, and/or heathcare support
  • Office management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
